MUMBAI, 9 JULY 2025 (TGN )– Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. (BSE: VKAL), in collaboration with the Financial Literacy & Inclusion Foundation (FLIF), has officially launched the Certified Financial Literate (CFL) program — a structured, multi-tiered financial education initiative for schoolchildren, college students, and the general public.

The CFL program addresses critical gaps in personal finance awareness — from budgeting and investing to debt and digital payments — that traditional education often neglects. Industry surveys reveal only 27% of young Indian adults are financially literate, underscoring the urgent need for programs like this.

The six levels program certification delivered through engaging, easy-to-understand video modules. Learners explore budgeting, saving, responsible borrowing, investing, digital banking, and debt management — all reinforced through real-life case studies and practical exercises. To support diverse learning preferences, a complementary six-book print series titled Wallet Wisdom accompanies the video content.

For younger children, Vantage offers a three-level program, ABC of Money. This series introduces basic financial ideas such as needs versus wants, saving habits, and smart spending. Delivered through books and interactive tools, the program awards a CFL certificate upon completion, encouraging financial literacy from an early age.

The course design focuses on interactive learning — combining videos, infographics, quizzes, and exercises to ensure learners of all ages can easily grasp and apply financial concepts.

“The goal is to create a movement,” says Rajesh Dedhia, Founder of Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. “We are committed to aligning education with real-world demands so that learners graduate not just with academic knowledge, but also with life-ready financial skills.”

The initiative also aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of inclusive finance. Through schemes like Jan-Dhan Yojana, the government has championed universal banking access and financial empowerment.
