Spree Hospitality, one of India’s leading boutique and premium mid-market hospitality management companies, has further strengthened its expansion pipeline with the signing of eight new properties during Q2 FY27.The new properties are located across Kolhapur, Karjat, Pune, Jaisinghpur, Indapur, Goa, Zirakpur and Angul, further expanding Spree’s presence across key business and leisure destinations in India.
The signings represent another significant step in the company’s growth journey, with most of the newly signed properties expected to commence operations within the next six months.
Spree Hospitality continues to pursue an expansion strategy focused on building long-term partnerships with hotel owners while bringing its operating systems, brand standards, distribution capabilities and guest-centric approach to a growing portfolio of hotels and resorts.The latest additions also reflect the diversity of Spree’s portfolio, with properties catering to different demand segments across business, leisure and destination markets.
