The global experts Kvant Lasers have been formally engaged to enhance and elevate the architectural illumination of the skyscraper. The tower introduces a contemporary award-winning vertical profile along Mumbai’s waterfront. The fully glazed façade integrates high-performance energy glass to enhance thermal efficiency while preserving panoramic views. The tower is planned with ample parking spaces 722 distributed across eight podium levels and two basement levels, addressing a critical infrastructure requirement in South Mumbai’s dense urban fabric.
