The centre will also provide palliative care services and home-care support for patients who require continued treatment and assistance beyond the hospital setting.

Speaking on the expansion, Dr Atul Narayankar, cancer physician from M|O|C Cancer Care- Chembur said, “With cancer cases rising steadily, it is critical to bring treatment closer to where patients live. The Chembur centre is designed to reduce the physical, emotional, and financial burden on families by ensuring access to high-quality care within their community.”

“Over the years, M|O|C Cancer Care & Research Centre has built a strong reputation for combining clinical excellence with affordability and accessibility”- collectively mentioned by Dr Udip Maheshwari & Dr Gopal Sinhal, oncologist and hemato-oncologist respectively at M|O|C Cancer Care Chembur. Its growing network is focused on addressing key barriers in cancer treatment- ranging from travel constraints and high costs to the need for continuous, standardised care- they added.

The launch of M|O|C Cancer Care Chembur further strengthens the organisation’s vision of building one of India’s most accessible, dependable, and patient-first oncology networks, ensuring that no patient delays or compromises treatment due to logistical challenges.
