Mumbai, October 14, 2025 ( TGN ): Reliance General Insurance, one of India’s leading private general insurance companies, has entered a strategic partnership with Mayfair We Care Ltd, a UK-based global health benefits administrator. This collaboration leverages Mayfair’s international expertise in healthcare administration to offer RGICL policyholders seamless, borderless healthcare and emergency assistance anytime, anywhere in the world.
As part of this agreement, Mayfair We Care will operate a 24×7 multilingual Alarm Centre, providing round-the-clock support to Reliance General customers traveling or residing abroad. The centre will act as a single point of contact for medical and travel-related assistance, reinforcing RGICL’s commitment to delivering customer-first, globally accessible solutions.
The scope of services includes:
● Cashless and reimbursement claims support for policyholders overseas.
● Medical referrals, appointment arrangements, and tele-assistance abroad.
● Emergency medical evacuation and repatriation coordination, ensuring timely and reliable support during critical situations.
● Travel-related services such as visa and inoculation information, interpreter referrals, embassy support, and assistance with lost documents or luggage.
● Compassionate visits, return of minors, and coordination of critical services, extending comprehensive care beyond medical needs.
