March 24, 2026 ( TGN ) : A new book capturing the untold stories, unseen moments and global energy behind the Save Soil movement has been released. Titled Save Soil: 100 Days That Moved The World, the book is compiled by Radhe Jaggi, Bharatanatyam dancer and performer, and daughter of Sadhguru, who launched the global Save Soil movement.

The visually-rich volume brings together powerful stories, behind-the-scenes moments and unseen photographs from Sadhguru’s historic 100-day, 30,000 km motorcycle journey across 27 nations, undertaken to raise global awareness about the urgent need to protect soil. Through first-hand accounts from volunteers and organisers who travelled with the campaign, the book offers readers an intimate glimpse into the extraordinary scale, energy and challenges behind the Movement.

Radhe Jaggi was also actively involved in the Save Soil movement, performing with Project Samskriti (Sadhguru’s initiative for preserving and promoting Indian classical arts) at several venues along the journey. Their ensemble performances on the story of soil engaged audiences and helped amplify the Movement’s message.

Speaking about the Movement and what inspired her to write the book, she said, “The journey was filled with countless moments that most people never saw. Volunteers across continents stepped forward with extraordinary commitment, often working behind the scenes to carry the message of soil conservation to millions. I felt it was important to document these voices and experiences so that people could understand the human energy that truly powered this Movement. Save Soil: 100 Days That Moved The World is an attempt to capture those stories and the spirit that brought people together for the future of our soil.”

“Being part of the journey also meant witnessing Sadhguru’s immense commitment up close. Riding across 27 nations in just a hundred days was physically demanding, yet everywhere we went we saw an incredible outpouring of love and support from people who recognised the importance of protecting our soil,” she added.

Structured across six chapters and 464 pages, the book follows the Save Soil journey from its unveiling and flag off through the whirlwind campaign across Europe, Middle East and the electrifying reception in India.

Among the many voices featured is Zoran, a volunteer from North Macedonia who recalls how his mother, after 45 years of farming, once tried to discourage him from starting a farm because the soil was no longer producing the same food. Years later, while travelling on the Save Soil journey, he realised her concern reflected a much larger global crisis facing agricultural soils. The book also recounts moving moments from the road, with volunteers describing how people from all walks of life waited for hours, sometimes late into the night, just to catch a glimpse of Sadhguru or greet him briefly, drawn by the urgency of the soil cause.

Published by Penguin Random House India, Save Soil: 100 Days That Moved The World is now available for pre-order on Amazon, and will also be available for order on Flipkart, Isha Life and leading bookstores across India from 29 April.

About Save Soil Movement

The Save Soil movement was launched by Sadhguru in 2022 to address the global crisis of soil degradation by advocating policies that increase organic matter in agricultural soils to a minimum of 3–6 percent.

The Movement brings together governments, scientists, farmers, international institutions and citizens to highlight the need to protect soil as the foundation of food security, water security, biodiversity and climate stability. Over the past four years, it has reached more than 4.1 billion people worldwide, drawing global attention to the importance of restoring soil health.

The campaign continues to work with policymakers, institutions and experts to encourage measures that restore soil health, particularly by increasing organic matter in agricultural soils and promoting sustainable land management practices. It also supports farmer-focused programs that encourage soil-friendly agricultural methods to improve water retention, reduce dependence on synthetic fertilizers and enhance long-term farm productivity.
